      Inexplicably some people don’t like the term “diabetic”; what alternatives can you suggest? My present favourite is “VOD” – “Victim of Diabetes”

      A ‘citebaid’ or diabetic spelt backwards. You could try saying it in a welsh accent or any other I suppose.
