    If I bolused half an hour before I ate, I’d be hypo before I finished eating…At least it means that I can wait and see what is on the plate (and send it back if needed) before I even think about insulin. But I dont get on well with restaurants. I also dont trust the lists of carb counts that are available. They always seems suspiciously high to me. (That’s Costa coffee, Starbucks and Weatherspoons pubs, that I’ve found. And dont trust.)

    I never trust the carb count lists either, I just ignore them and go with my gut instinct.
