  Just wanted to introduce myself. I am Patti, I have been diagnosed since May 2003 and been on insulin more or less since then. Now on Levemir and Humalog.
  
  Have met Ali through diabetes-support.org where I am an admin. It’s brill that we have this internet wide network where we can all talk! Ali is great in my forum – well not precisely mine, tis a partnership with Terry who’s now on the pump and the mods who are absolutely indispensible to look after peeps…. so perhaps in a small way I can support Ali here?

  Hi @pattidevans , lovely to meet you! I’m the T2 that slipped in under the barbed wire, but @Tim and @Alison keep me around on compassionate grounds. I just keep popping up here and there with erudite and insightful comments that are totally devoid of double entendre and smut… it will be lovely to exchange opinions with you in the future! Welcome!

  Hi Patti, welcome, it’s lovely to see you here. I think partnership approaches to blogs and forums is definintely the way to go. @Tim and I bumped into each other on the interweb and have been miserably bumbling along running ShootUp together ever since. It’ll be great to hear your views on the forums and blog posts.
