Hope everyone is doing okay. Levels here have been pretty stable and Joan and I have identified a definite dip in the afternoon & evening, so I now have a slightly lower basal from midday to midnight. What fun! I’ve also lowered my targets from 7-9 from the default 8-10 (in consultation with Joan). Double figure targets just messed with my head too much!
