Hi, I’m a T2 now using insulin after 4 yrs on Byetta alone. Intolerant of most oral meds. Really struggling to get my insulin levels right. (Not helped by airport x-raying having halved the strength of my insulin – took me ages to realise!). Does anyone have experience of combining Byetta and Levemir? I would like to be doing that, and have consultant’s permission, but not getting much helpful advice from them re what to take when for best effects… Also keen to make new friends with others who are pancreatically challenged!
