      I’ve noticed that after removing an old infusion set I get an attractive round patch of removed-upper-layer-of-skin. I’ve been shoving teatree oil on them and it seems to heal them up nicely. What are your top diabetes-related beauty tips?

      Top diabetes beauty tips include…don’t apply mascara whilst hypo and lipstick is not a great hypo treatment.

      Other than that I have a very low maintenance diabetes-beauty regime, but if any sites look vaguely red a bit of witchhazel gel doesn’t seem to do any harm.

      Take hand cream to the swimming baths, otherwise your pepperpot fingers go dry and disgusting by the time you get home!
