I say In-sy-lin. With the s and y elided and the y pronounced as a schwa. (no, I’m not really studying linguistics at the moment, honest…)
My brother lives in la-la land (with fluffy pink clouds and money that grows on trees, dont you know), so I cant get on with la-la juice.
I’d go for something more descriptive – sugar killer? Glucocide fluid? Or how about Island juice, in honor of the Islets of Langerhans?
