Well, I too live and learn – I probably wouldn’t have bollused all that much for mussels. There’s a great mussel place in Edinburgh if you’re interested (which I suspect you’re not) called the Mussel Inn on Rose Street. Sadly @Katie is not all than keen on vast pots of mussels, so we don’t go there very often
