TimKeymasterI’ve started a new thread specifically for the purposes of plugging my wife’s website. There have to be some advantages to running Shoot Up, eh?
Anyway, http://www.stripykat.com is offering free postage to anywhere in the world all through November. So if you fancy buying a handbag, MP3 player or Kindle case, belt, hairband or scarf from a top Scottish designer (they make ideal Christmas presents you know!) then now’s the time.
Stock is all handmade and so goes onto the site gradually as it’s made, so if there’s nothing you fancy at the minute (perish the thought!) then check back in a few days and there probably will be. Happy shopping!

TimKeymaster@furrypaul – @katie has made me about five pump cases. We thought about making pump cases and doing a separate web site (I even registered a domain name) but the feedback we had on here was that everyone wanted different types of pump cases – some with the tube upwards, some on its side, some with clear fronts, some without clear fronts, some that could attach to belts, etc., etc. With so much ;

InactiveIt does seem a common problem, I’ve not found any site which offers a good range for the smartly dressed pumper about town!
One of the companies I’ve worked with before had a customisable website, I’ll have that radio, leads exit here, that material, no pockets, etc & it’d spit out a part number/cutting list but I guess its a law of diminishing returns!

TimKeymasterThe other issue was that people only wanted to pay 2p for them and custom and / or handmade costs more than 2p to make!

TimKeymasterIf you’re interested – which I suspect you’re not – here’s a picture, taken seconds ago, of my pump case:

Inactive@tim for some reason I missed your reply, that’s a rather fetching looking pump you have there.
I have a Scottish wedding later this year where that may be a fetching way of dealing with the pump, although wearing it I may worry that i’d get removed from the union if Alex salmond gets his way!

TimKeymasterIf any of you are in Shetland then drop into The Bonhoga Gallery as Katie will be exhibiting her stuff there – http://www.shetlandarts.org/venues/bonhoga-gallery/

TimKeymasterAnother shameless plug for stripykat – Katie will be selling her stuff directly at the Christmas Craft, Art & Design Fair at the Assembly Rooms, George Street, Edinburgh 24-25 November. I’ll probably be there too – so do come along and say hello (and buy stuff!)
Failing that, why not follow stripykat on these well known social media websites: https://www.facebook.com/stripykat https://twitter.com/stripykat I sometimes write stuff over there too! Whoop whoop!

TimKeymasterWe try to give the impression of making it all up on the spot – but there is a touch of thought in there..
