@Tim Yes, it created a certain sense of anticipation that I think added to the piece. Also, I thought it was useful that we didn’t think to zoom the camera in so people could actually see what we were doing with the infusion set!
The expression on @Tim‘s face in that preternaturally pregnant, pre-pontification pause cracked me up completely. It reminded me of one of those ‘Laughing Policeman’ slot machines you used to see at the seaside, poised, waiting for someone to put sixpence in the slot. Maybe you could unchain Tim’s beautiful assistant from the sewing machine long enough to twiddle the zoom controls for you? (I’ve heard all about those Edinburgh sweat shops! :P)
