I currently use the Freestyle Lite (review here http://www.shootuporputup.co.uk/2009/06/review-abbott-freestyle-lite/) and I think it’s great because it a) lights up test strip; b) allows you to add extra blood to a strip if you didn’t add enough first time round; and c) the test strips have pictures of butterflies on the them
Well, a good memory helps, as I never write any results down… one that downloads too is therefore helpful – I’m still keen on getting one of those Contour USB ones because of that. Currently using the One Touch Ultra Easy – it’s ok, nothing exciting, but quite small and neat to chuck in my overflowing handbag… Unfortunately, it doesn’t download to my Windows 7 laptop, so it’s going to be replaced soon.
I’ll be looking out for pretty packaging on the new one.. hmm butterflies eh?.. what’s that got to do with vampiric attacks and human pin cushions??!
