The biggest problem with a pump for a T2 would be the sheer volume of insulin to be injected. As I’ve probably (boringly) mentioned on here before, I take insulin in doses that most T1s would regard as suicide. Currently 150 units of Lantus at night and 60 units of Novo-Rapid before meals. You’d be so busy changing cartridges there’d be practically no benefit over MDI in my humble opinion.
