Tim & Alison discuss diabetes and exercise at great length. Or not. This was filmed on a freezing cold day in February in the Pentland Hills and we wanted to get out of the cold and into a warm pub.

    That’s possibly one of our less useful videos – key take outs for me were…Scotland in February is very cold, the level of coldness never really comes across on camera, and never allow yourself to be videoed wearing a hat.

    @Alison – I think it’s a vital addition to the niche – but terribly important – cannon of diabetes-related amateur videos filmed on the shores of Harlaw reservoir.

    @tim: You should have donned a balaclava and recited the whole Tay Bridge Disaster (or your diabetic version of it) while standing on the edge of either side…
