There are parents of toddlers on CWD email list; I just can&#039;t imagine how difficult it must be for them and have nothing but admiration for them all.  I don&#039;t think any age is a good age to get diabetes. Marc had just turned 13 and reading your article Alison, he actually acted like a baby - there were similarities although he wasn’t still eating soil though -thank god!!!  He was old enough to understand and that was a big help.  

Diabetes is a challenge for everyone who has it and those closest to them, respect to all!</description>
